Job Description
The Rowan University School of Veterinary Medicine and Academic Facilities is designed to deliver a facility that can support teaching programs, veterinary care, and translational research within a singular location. The structure consists of a 5-level hi-rise section supporting laboratory space, anatomy, MEP support and office / research. The 2-level low-rise is designed for additional laboratories, imaging, diagnostics, exam, lecture, and teaching facilities. The sitework consist of parking lots, access roads, bioretention basins for storm water management, equipment yard for generators, transformers, cooling towers, and docking stations for roll up generators.
